This website ("the Site") is operated by PT Actavis Indonesia ("Actavis") and its affiliates. Actavis and its affiliates are referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we”, “us” and “our.”
This Privacy Policy explains on how we collect, store, control, manage, use, analyse, improve, update, display, announce, transfer, disclose and protect your Personal Data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations (“PDP Law”) (hereinafter may be referred as “Personal Data Processing” or “process” or “processing”). This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals whose Personal Data is collected by us as further outlined herein.
For the purpose of providing our products and/or services, we may collect your Personal Data in various forms and for multiple purposes as outlined in the following section. The Personal Data we may collect includes:

Actavis remains committed to collecting and processing your Personal Data only to the extent necessary to deliver services and fulfil specific, legitimate purposes as required by the PDP Law. When you directly engage with us and/or use our products or services, we will clearly inform you of the Personal Data we need and the reasons for collecting it. We will not gather excessive or irrelevant Personal Data beyond what is outlined in this Privacy Policy and/or Consent Form.
Actavis may process Personal Data without consent where necessary to fulfil a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue our legitimate interests. Any such processing will be carried out in accordance with the PDP Law and will not infringe on your rights.
In the event that our services are intended for use by children, we will implement appropriate measures to ensure the protection of their Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This includes obtaining verifiable parental consent where required and ensuring that children's data is processed only for necessary purposes, with robust security measures in place.
We collect your Personal Data from various sources, which may be:
1. Directly from you, either: (i) when you provide it to us during a business engagement with us; (ii) when you register your account through the Site; or (iii) when you contact us through our communication channels;
2. Recorded during your access of this Site; and/or
3. From relevant third parties.

Actavis operates internationally and will transfer your information to countries outside your own country and outside the European Economic Area, including to Israel and the United States. For such international transfers, we will ensure the implementation of the following measures:
(1) Ensure that the country of domicile of the receiving party has a Personal Data Protection level that is equal to or higher than those that are regulated under the PDP Law;
(2) If point (1) above is not sufficed, ensure that there is an adequate and binding Personal Data Protection, such as intergovernmental agreements between the jurisdiction of the Republic Indonesia and receiving party, standard contractual clauses for Personal Data Protection, binding corporate rules for
a corporate group; and/or other adequate and binding Personal Data Protection instruments recognized by the government; and
(3) If point (1) and (2) above are not sufficed, obtain prior approval from you, specific for such transfer.
When transferring to the US, Actavis uses Teva Pharmaceutical USA Ltd.’s Privacy Shield certification; when transferring to other countries outside the EEA, Actavis generally relies on EU Commission approved standard contractual clauses; when transferring your information to Israel, Actavis relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision with respect to the transfer of data from the European Union to Israel.

b.complete, update and/or correct errors and/or inaccuracies regarding themselves in accordance with the purpose of the Personal Data Processing;
In the unlikely event of a data breach that may compromise your Personal Data, we will notify you and the relevant data protection authority in accordance with applicable laws. Our notification will include information about the leaked Personal Data, the nature of the breach, the potential consequences, and the measures we are taking to address it.
