Product Development Supervisor

(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Timur)

Responsibilities:

To plan, supervise, and control pruduct development activities (could be one of departement's sections of analytical method or formulation of new product development and R&D Document Registration preparation section) within prevailing current cGMP, GLP, EHS policy and corporate guidelines.

Requirements:

• Pharmacist from reputable university
• 2-3 years experiences in similar area or as Analytical Method / QC Supervisor / Production / QA in Pharmaceutical Company
• Having good knowledge of cGMP ; GLP ; Analytical Technical knowledge and know how of Laboratory Instrument such as HLPC, GC, AAS, Spectro UV-Vis, etc.
• Having good knowledge of Formulations Technology
• Having good knowledge of Registration requirment
• Good Interpersonal skill, Presentation skill, Report writing skill;
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Computer literate

Area Sales Manager OTC

(Jakarta Raya, Semarang, Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

Achieving the area sales & distribution target; communicating all promotion and merchandising activities to the sales team and outlets; Managing distributors, monitor stock availability and forecasting; Evaluate sales and marketing activities within assigned area; Building relationships with trades in all channels. Always update with marketing data of competitor activities and pricing.

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• University degree
• Min 3-5 years experience as Sales Supervisor preferable from FMCG companies
• Good understanding of market in the assigned area
• Having strong leadership, interpersonal skill, selling skill, and presentation skill
• Hard working and result oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft applications
