Export & Import Supervisor
(Jakarta Timur - Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the readiness and completeness of all export and import documentation according to the government requirements.
• To monitor, follow up, and ensure the related registration approval and all export import clearance process.

Requirements:

• University degree from any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Export / Import field in multinational pharmaceutical company.
• Having Updated knowledge of export and import documentations requirements.
• Having good relationship with custom clearances officials.
• Must be a trustworthy person with high integrity.
• Must have excellent negotiation skill, communication, interpersonal skill, and good analytical skill.
• Understand English both spoken and written.
• Has good computer skill.

Bonded Officer
(Jakarta Timur - Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Supports relate to Bonded Zone/Bonded Warehouse and processes in the company.
• Good communication with Customs Officer for material transaction reports.

Requirements:

• Having 2 - 3 years experiences in similar area.
• Preferably to familiarized with MRP system.
• Have good knowledge in Bonded zone procedures and Customs transaction reports.
• Computer literate.

Product Development Supervisor
(Jakarta Timur - Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• Pharmacist from reputable university.
• 2 - 3 years experiences in similar area or as Analytical Method / QC Supervisor / Production / QA in Pharmaceutical Company.
• Having good knowledge of cGMP ; GLP; Analytical Technical knowledge and know how of Laboratory Instrument such as HPLC, GC, AAS, Spectro UV-Vis, etc.
• Having good knowledge of Formulation Technology.
• Having good knowledge of Registration requirement.
• Good Interpersonal skill, Presentation skill, Report writing skill.
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
• Computer literate.
